How can I check accommodation availability?
Simply complete the online Request a Quotation form outlining the dates you are seeking accommodation. Our helpful reservation team will respond within 24 hours.
How central is your Christchurch apartment accommodation?
Located on Bealey Avenue, our Christchurch Apartment is situated in the heart of Christchurch city and easy walking distance from Cathedral Square, restaurants, cafes, shopping and top visitor attractions. Christchurch airport is a quick 15 minute drive from the apartment.
Do you have accommodation close to Lake Wanaka?
Our Wanaka Holiday House is approximately 3 minutes walking distance from the lake edge Reserve! An enjoyable 15 minute walk around Lake Wanaka will bring you to the township of Wanaka.
We are staying in Queenstown but want to be within walking distance to downtown Queenstown.
All our Queenstown holiday homes and modern apartments are within approximately 3 - 10 minutes walking distance from downtown Queenstown shops, restaurants, cafes and visitor attractions. Visit our Homepage and view our selection of Queenstown accommodation available.
Do you have accommodation suitable for children?
Yes! The majority of our accommodation has ample room for the family and outside areas suitable for children.
Is all your accommodation furnished?
Yes, all our accommodation is furnished to a very high standard.
What is your cancellation policy?
All accommodation reservations carry cancellation fees which is dependent on the time of cancellation prior to reservation arrival, the length of your reservation and the accommodation provider. A full cancellation policy applicable to your reservation is advised in your original booking confirmation email. Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card number supplied to secure your booking.
What is your booking policy?
You will need to complete our Make a Booking form and complete the details required in our Secure Payments area of this Website. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours.
Why do I have to include my credit card details when making a booking?
We require your credit card details to process payment of your deposit and secure your booking. Please be assured that your credit card information remains strictly confidential.
Is it safe to use my credit card via your secure payments page?
Yes. We treat the security of our guest’s information very seriously. To ensure your security, all credit card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts the credit card number so as to make it unavailable to any other party.
What currency will my Credit Card be charged?
New Zealand banking laws require that all credit card transactions be charged in New Zealand currency.
Can I amend or cancel my accommodation booking?
If you would like to amend or cancel your booking with us you will need to advise us, you will find all our contact details on the Contact Us page of our Website.
Do you have non-smoking accommodation available?
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our holidayhomes or apartments. Smoking of cigars or cigarettes is only permitted outside.
What is your check in and check out times?
Like the majority of accommodation providers within New Zealand, we follow a similar check-in time of 2.00pm. If you would like to check in earlier please advise and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Check-out time is 10.00am (unless by prior arrangement).
